Issa A Dinner Party

                      Chef Cal's Cook & Sip: Issa A Dinner Party!

Cook & Sip Dinner parties are an interactive Cooking Class for all levels in a setting for small groups of 5-20 people. All guest get an intimate cooking experience while enjoying wine, spirits and cocktails. Keep in mind, drinking is not required but most cook and sip parties in include alcoholic beverages. Drinks ARE NOT Provided by the Chef Cal!! Parties last about 4 hours long(one hour setup, 1.5 hours of cooking time and two hours of dining and cleaning by Chef Cal. Price is $300.00 Chef Fee + 65.00 per person. A travel fee will apply for all parties over 30 miles.

Fresh and Seasonal Groceries 

Prep and Cookware (Pots, Aprons, Pans, Cutting Boards, Utensils & Seasonings.

Dinnerware:(Clear Plastic Plates with Chargers, Eating utensils and Napkins.

The Host MUST PROVIDE A FULL WORKING KITCHEN, prep space and a large enough table to accommodate their guest. Any overages will be charges in 30 minute increments at a rate of $40.00 per 30 minutes.

Cook & Sip Dinner Party menus are designed to be completed in the two hour time frame, therefore menus can not be modified or altered with the exception of food allergies and dietary restrictions and must be communicated ahead of time to Chef Cal. Add on may be purchased(ex a pan of Mac & Cheese can be added and will come with Chef Cal already prepared.

Crab Stuffed Honey Garlic Salmon w/ Roasted Asparagus and Bowtie Pasta

Pan Seared Fish on a bed of Spinach, Onions and Peppers with Maple Sweet Potatoes.

Baked Ziti Dinner with Garden Salad, Basil Corn on Cob and Chef Cal's Signature Rolls (Ground Turkey or Beef)

Grilled Flank Steak with Roasted Garlic & Sea Salt Potatoes with Broccolini.

Chicken Marsala with Garlic Redskin Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans.

Jerk Chicken and Shrimp Pasta with Chef Cal's Signature Rolls.

Seared Scallops on a bed of Sautéed Kale and Mushroom Risotto.

Lamb Chops with Lemon Herb Roasted Potatoes and Parmesan Asparagus.

Kabobs - Chicken - Shrimp and Steak and Salmon, served on a bed of Rice Pilaf and Garlic Green Beans.

                           All Meals come with a Garden Salad and Dessert.
